ABOUT VILLAGE INN
Village Inn Hotel & Apartments is situated on Wewak Hill overlooking Wom Point – Wewak’s part of the esoteric Pacific Ocean. Guests have a choice of a spacious 24sqm - 48sqm room. Our conference facility is the largest in Wewak and can be set up in 3 arrangements, catering for groups of 10 to 200 people.
The Hotel has a friendly family atmosphere with kind caring staff who become fast friends that provide attention to detail.

The Village Inn restaurant on the first-floor prides itself on, on-order local cuisine from garden foods (taro, yam, green banana’s, cassava, breadfruit, pitpit, pumpkin and sweet potatoes), leafy greens widely referred to as kumu (aibika, tulip, krusako, water cress, pumpkin tips, a variety of green beans and kango) as well as the Sepik staple; sago (nangu or praim saksak) paired with your choice of protein (beef, lamb, pork or fish) including Sepiks infamous plump sago grubs.

1. Ambunti - Dreikikir
Ambunti is located on the river and Dreikikir is in the mountains. This district produces the best vanilla in the world because of their temperate climate in the mountains that provide the right amount of rain and sunlight.
