The Village Inn restaurant on the first-floor prides itself on, on-order local cuisine from garden foods (taro, yam, green banana’s, cassava, breadfruit, pitpit, pumpkin and sweet potatoes), leafy greens widely referred to as kumu (aibika, tulip, krusako, water cress, pumpkin tips, a variety of green beans and kango) as well as the Sepik staple; sago (nangu or praim saksak) paired with your choice of protein (beef, lamb, pork or fish) including Sepiks infamous plump sago grubs. Sourced fresh, daily from organically grown smallholder farmers in the province.

Freshly caught seafood from the pristine waters of Wewak - smoked than creamed in coconut milk. Depending on seasonal availability the Village Inn Restaurant puts out local favorite delicacies; sago mushrooms and bamboo shoots. We also provide kulau (young coconut) upon request.

Our menu also offers Western and Asian cuisines with dishes for kids too, our local PNG chefs also take personalized orders to suit any preference.

For in-house guests, there is a wide variety of complimentary fruit (ripe bananas, papaya, guava, mangoes, avocados, pineapples, ton, rambutan, even kombi and peanuts) available in the restaurant at all times. Along with complimentary continental breakfast every morning.
